By default, SQL Server Enterprise Manager automatically displays all of the system databases and their objects. If you don't want to see the system tables, you can hide them by editing your server's registration properties.
To edit your server's registration properties, begin by opening SQL Server Enterprise Manager. In the console tree, right-click on your server; from the shortcut menu, choose Edit SQL Server Registration Properties. Uncheck Show System Databases and System Objects, then click on OK.
Now when you view the tables in a database, you no longer see the system tables.
